What is the difference between Sausage Mixes and Sausage Seasonings?

The main difference between sausage seasonings and sausage mixes is rusk. A 'sausage mix' is a complete sausage mix and is packed in 6x1.060kg in most cases. All you need to add is water and meat.

A 'sausage seasonings' will require the addition of rusk, water and meat. Sausage seasonings are available in bulk buckets (15kg) or sachets (28x227g or 20x300g)
