General delivery information
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 day of receipt of the order by courier, if this isn’t possible you will be advised of a delivery date. If you have provided a mobile telephone number you will receive a text message informing you of the delivery time (hourly slots) and day of delivery. If delivery is attempted and fails twice, we are charged by the courier this will be passed to the customer. (you are given the opportunity to rearrange the second delivery to a time that suits you)
Deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Minimum Order Quantity.
There is no minimum order, but products are sold by the case, i.e. 6x1.060kg or 28x340g.
Delivery cost
Orders of three cases or more are delivered free of charge with in the UK.
Orders under three cases will incur a £8 +VAT delivery charge.
Delivery to N. Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Mann and the highlands of Scotland will incur an additional charge.
Delivery outside the UK
Orders can be delivered to Europe, the delivery costs are approximately £20 of every 30kg sent to France, Spain and Germany. This rate varies for other European countries.
Delivery to Europe take 2 to 3 days
Text message tracking isn’t available outside of the UK.
Orders can be sent outside of Europe.
