No Quibble Returns

Wilson Seasonings Ltd understands that sometimes customers order the wrong item. Our No Quibble Returns policy protects customers against this situation.

Damaged shortages or incorrect items delivered

Upon receipt of your order you have two working days to advise Wilsons Seasonings Ltd of any damage or shortages. If your goods are damaged or not the correct items that you ordered, please contact Customer Services at sales@sausageseasonings.co.uk or call us on 01438 871967 Mon-Fri 9.00am to 5.00pm.

We will then arrange collection of your items and either replace or refund the items.

Please check the number of items you are signing for. If an item is missing, only sign for the number you have received. (Missing items usually have been miss routed and turn up the following day)

Incorrect items Ordered, Goods not Required

If for any reason you have ordered the incorrect items, we offer a 14 day (from delivery date) refund policy, subject to the goods being returned in unused, perfect condition, with the original packaging still intact and not defaced. Customers must meet the cost of return carriage on correctly supplied goods.

Any returns after 14 days are at our discretion and a 25% restocking fee will be charged. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Whilst Wilsons Seasonings Ltd makes every effort to provide correct information , it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the goods are correct before use.

Condition of Returns

It is important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them and keep all packaging.

When returning goods, the buyer is responsible for the repackaging of the goods and they remain the customer’s responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse, so please obtain proof of posting/delivery. Wilsons Seasonings Ltd regrets that postage/packaging/insurance costs are non-refundable, unless goods received are faulty or received in error.
